Some countries do not have the resources to properly maintain safe levels of fluoride. Fluoride is a naturally occurring element.

Q: How does this compare to oranurse?

Dr.Bob’s has less fluoride in it then Oranurse. Oranurse contains the recommended amount of fluoride for ADULTS 1450 ppm. Unlike Dr.Bob’s which only contains 1100 ppm of fluoride. It really is just which ever is most suitable for you. If your more prone to decay then a higher fluoride content may be better more suitable for you.
