Accessible text for undergraduates, needs instructor resources
I have used this text and the previous edition for a few years in an undergraduate Media Law & Ethics course. I like that it is shorter and less rigorous than some other text choices to allow for my additional content, including 1/3 of the course focusing on PR/Media Ethics, which is NOT included in this or most PR/Media Law texts. My biggest issue (hence 4 stars) is that there are NO INSTRUCTOR RESOURCES. Big drawback that is making me look seriously at other texts. I would love to stay with this one, but it may not be something I can do long-term.

I needed this book for class. I wasn't expecting it to be good and it isn't. Its boring and very wordy. Good luck staying focused while reading it if this book is required for your class as well.
