Lobo Commander 401TC Dog Training Collar - Extra Collar

Great product but now does not hold charge for more then a day

The Lobo Commander training collars are excellent. They work very well helping me train my dogs to listen to me when I do not have a leash on them. The collars charge quickly and hold a charge with continued use. I highly recommend the Lobo Commander training collars to all you dog trainers out there.

I really like these collars. The seller even sent me an extra charger because I lost my other one. I think that is high service. The dogs have been very poorly behaved lately and when I finally got the second collar and could charge up my first one again they finally started listening. I don't even shock them. I don't even vibrate them. All I do is beep them and they obey. My main thing is that they bark when the neighbor is in the yard with his dog and they know better. They also bark at the neighbor on the other side. I use these collars maybe every 2-4 days as a reminder to listen to me and be obedient. We also use the shock collars that have the wireless boundary. I put those on them on the alternate days as a reminder to stay in our yard. (We are most of the time out there with them but they go in their `pen when we leave the house) You cannot use both the training collar and the wireless boundary collar at the same time--too bulky and the radio signals will cancel each other out. The alternating way is the only way I have gotten both dogs to be obedient to me. You have to remember to give positive reinforcement as well. For example I ring a bell when I want them to come into the house and then I give them a treat when they come. I highly recommend these collars and I only charge them maybe once a week? The remote rarely needs charging. AND I DIDN'T WRITE THIS REVIEW FOR A DISCOUNT AND IT IS COMPLETELY MY OWN BIASED REVIEW BECAUSE I LIKE THE COLLARS!!

I did not like the actual manual- it is difficult to read and the pictures are blurry....I did not tighten the prong on good enough and lost one. I have written the company asking for a replacement to be sent and have not heard from them yet....when the collar worked it was easy to use and worked like a charm...I would buy it again!!

Has to be charged every 2 days calling company to return.

Item as described & arrived on time. Have another exactly like it...wanted a back up while charging the other one. Very happy with product & price.

An excellent piece of equipment for training your dog. No complaints about it's performance. Get one for you and your dog.

I've never had to use the electric zap...just the sound and vibrate...now weeks later...if he has it on...he won't bark! Got a second one for his little sister...and she immediately know to stop barking....They are GSDs so very smart.
