Good product, prompt delivery but pathetic after sales service
I purchased a box of 8 pcs. Received prompt delivery. 1 pc stopped working within 2 months. Raised complaint with Amazon...was given Murphy's helpline number. They asked for bill copy and pictures/ video of faulty light. Gave it to them...was assured of a replacement within a few days. it has been 15 days since then but no replacement received. Interestingly new orders can be delivered within 24 hours. Very poor customer service. Such attitude makes a mockery of warranty.
