Carcassonne: German Cathedrals -Kathedralen Deutschland Mini Expansion

I love this expansion. You can score a lot of points with these tiles. It makes road building much more lucrative and strategic. The artwork is lovely.

It's a really nice mini-expansion. It involves the roads more than before. Fits in nicely with Inns and Cathedrals.

Interesting expansion and rules set for this mini expansion.. just to vary up the gameplay.

Colors don't match the newer carcassonne but still make awesome pieces!! These pieces are pretty uncommon so they're totally worth the buy.

We love Carcassonne and have all of the expansions, but this was our least liked expansion and have removed them from the game. I would recommend German Monasteries if you do not already have them.I liked that it made roads more valuable, but when combined with all of the other monasteries and cathedrals, there were just too many so some had to go and playing with these was a little more complex. Another inconvenience is that they all have at least 3 roads and most have 4 roads making placement difficult.
