Well it works as a chair and the reclining system is fine but it was missing a decorative piece for the base and the others that went on the sides didn't actually fit so I just left them off, also the arms are pretty iffy as in they constantly move as you're doin yo thang but that could just be the screws or whatever not being tight enough.Also the the thing that let's the chair raise or lower doesn't really work as in the chair falls back down whenever its raised for whatever reason.Was 3 stars but I got a new reason so its 1 star now, I just sat down and a part that supports the chair broke so the shair rests however your sitting on it and doesn't spring back to its original position.Don't buy this, it ain't worth it.

I bought this for my husband's office as he loves to game on his PC. It was a bit of a pain to construct, especially the final pieces, where you definitely need 2-3 pairs of hands! It's not super soft or supportive, it's pretty firm, but he likes the high back rest. It rolls really smoothly on the floor, so he was impressed with the wheel quality.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble and super supportive.

bought this chair for my boyfriend who is 6ft 160 pounds. have not had this chair 3 months and it has a terrible lean/wobble. hes a little guy there is no reason this chair should have any issues at all.

Great value for the money

I didn't get all the hardware that is needed. Plus both cover screws doesn't fit on each side. Also arm rest are too small and too far apart for me. I'm 6' and about 185 lbs.I wanted to return the chair but it's too much of a hassle so I'm just gonna keep it. But very disappointed.
