The magnet doesn't seem strong enough, the phone falls off almost immediately. I have an iphone 6 with a very light case so I'm not sure why this is too heavy for it? Disappointed to say the least

This is by far the best way to transport a cell phone. I started with the mini bean bag with a suction cup. then the sticky pad and then the gadget that sticks out of the cup holder. Each one of those things has their drawbacks.The only drawback to this item is the wind coming out of the vent is picked up by the phone. I carry a Samsung s6 in a folding wallet. I put the metal in one of the card slots, fold it open and it holds everything securely. If I don't tilt it just right it will flop open but it has never fallen yet.

This works great. The magnet is very strong and my phone screen is visible when I need to use GPS. I love that it's portable and can be used on any vent. I also like that it doesn't sit up too high in the car where other drivers can see that you're using it. Best purchase this year!

Ordered these magnetic car mount. The magnet itself it's pretty strong,love these products. I love how easy it was to mount my phone to my air vent. It is very sturdy and is held securely with the magnet.
