Arrived broken and missing handle

Mine doesn't have any rough edges. The clips on the sides keep the handle upright but with a little force you can lower it. That is important to note as it means the weight of items doesn't need to be perfectly balanced. I keep three remote controls, reading glasses, Kindle Fire and more in it. The sides are high enough that I don't have to worry about the remotes tumbling out. It is now easy to bring everything over to where I am sitting. A complete success.

They are a little bigger than I thought but they work perfect at our restaurant for condiments! Love how strong they are! Holds everything without any worry of breaking.
