Easy to apply pressure
Both my rotator cuffs are bad and I have had trouble with a regular back scratcher getting it to provide enough pressure where I want it. No problem with this thing. You don't have to twist your arms back behind yourself. All the work is done in front of you. I bought both sizes and I am very happy with them.

Who needs a tree when they have the Cactus?
When I have a bear-size back itch, the Cactus is better than a tree. No splinters, no dirt. Just the pure, simple pleasure of being able to reach that itch! Love this thing!

It’s amazing and works
