Handsewn yoga sand bags made with awareness. I make each sand bag by hand. They are for use in yoga, including restorative yoga, as well as in therapy. When you experience the calmness that comes with additional weight of these sand bags, as well as the the ability to feel grounded in your poses, I think you will find them an essential prop . I am making these from 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, duck canvas, with a zipper so they can be washed. There is an interior bag for the sand made from waterproof (ripstop) material with a velcro closure.
