Apple MacBook Pro 2021 with Apple M1 Pro chip (14-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I got exactly what I paid for! The Mac did come with a few scuffs, but nothing to complain about. Since I’m an editor, I’ve used after effects, premiere pro, and media encoder on this baby and it never so much as crashed while rendering in the months I’ve had it! It renders smoothly, playback has hardly been an issue. The only minor downside was the dupe charger it came with. I didn’t put my faith in it, but it certainly lasted a good while—roughly 7 months—and one day it just gave out. There wasn’t any external damage, but when I tried to charge the Mac, it simply did not. I had to buy the legit Apple charger (the brick and cord came out to be $79.11). Overall AMAZING! Super satisfied, performs perfectly!

The MacBook Pro that I received was in great condition considering the age of the laptop. Does it have a few scratches and bumps, almost invisible screen marks, and a few keys on the keyboard a bit shiny? Yes, but this is expected and was a well taken care of laptop by the previous owner. All the ports works as they should, the battery only had 243 cycles on it with a 91% health, which is below the average for this laptop. Overall I'm very happy with this and it's been working without issue since I bought it.

I purchased this refurbished Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch (M1 Pro, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD), and unfortunately, it arrived with a major problem. The MacBook had a charging issue where it could not properly detect the power adapter while running macOS. Because of this, the device could not be used reliably. This is a significant hardware issue that should have been identified during basic testing before being resold as refurbished. While the condition of the device may vary, buyers should be aware that refurbished units may not always be thoroughly tested and could arrive with functional problems. Where the seller rarely responds, which makes it hard to return. As the return label the SELLER gave me was not paid for, the item got stuck with FedEx, the seller stated he would fix it, as it's still stuck with FedEx to this DAY.

So far so good, got a little worried cause I got a "good" condition and wasn't sure what to expect but it actually only had a little mark in the front and the logo a couple of scratches that don't really bother me, keyboard you can see a little use on the keys if put against the light but nothing major or that makes it looking "old" the best part definitely was the battery that came with 87% and only 117 cycles. I would definitely buy another one again. Also size is good enough to be portable but bigger than an iPad, does not heat it up at all the fans so far never had to engage and the screen is super bright and high quality as for the speakers as well, its definitely more heavy than a MacBook Air but I would say still pretty light to carry and to put into perspective I'm a very small person and I have no difficulty carrying around.

My MacBook came in excellent condition and honestly exceeded my expectations. There were only a few very minor cosmetic details, but nothing that affected the performance or overall experience. I was a bit disappointed when I first opened the package. It was not shipped in a box, but was in a fairly protected insert inside the box. I could see that on the right front edge there appeared to be some discoloration and what appeared to be a scratch along the top part of the lid. I was thinking Refurb Excellent meant no scratches. However, upon further inspection I took a cloth with some alcohol on it and just gave the case a good wipe down. That corner looked as though there may have been a sticker on it. So I cleaned it very well and lo and behold you can see from the picture there actually are no scratches and discoloration is gone. So now I open it and it immediately came to life. I did notice there was not little tissues between the glass and the keyboard, but the display seems perfect with no scratches and the keyboard doesn't have any finger oils or wear on it. So I am happy about both. There was a couple of spots on the inside, but again the magic of an alcohol wipe and it cleaned up good. This MacBook Pro M1-14 was apparently initially purchased on Jan 24, 2023 as that is when the limited warranty runs out in 2024. No way to get Apple Care as the 90 days are well past. The battery indicator shows it to be normal with 99% battery life. It had 55 total charge cycles. Needless to say for the $1249.00 I paid for this thing I think I did great. It's a refurb it isn't going to be perfect. One thing I will say is they gave me a knock off power adapter and USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable. The cable looks great. But that power adapter got so hot that I don't trust it and it's going in the trash can. I'll buy a replacement Apple OEM charging brick. The seller on this was Loop Mobile. I see many people say they have had a bad experience with them, but this is mine so far. If anything changes I will update this review. I am only giving 4 stars because if they had taken the time to clean up the case to remove the apparently stains and provided a OEM brick. These 3rd party bricks have been known to cause fires. So my rating of 4 stars is still good. Update: 12/20/23 After about a week or two the battery started draining much quicker than expected. I actually contacted Apple they had me install a diagnostic and the battery level was much lower than when I initially got it. However, they recommended for me to wipe it and reinstall MacOS. So I did this as we thought maybe something was running in the background that a reboot was not clearing. However, that made no different. I could literally charge it to 100% and not have anything running from the taskbar. When I would get up in the AM about 7 or 8 hours later it was be at 75%. When I get home from work it's would be at 50%. I couldn't figure that out. I requested a return and I was sad to do so because other than the battery it was mint. The seller fully refunding me when the received the laptop back. I shipped it back in the same box that they shipped it to me in. I did end up purchasing another one that was an Apple Refurb, but that is another review.

The product came in pristine quality, only sign of usage was at the charging port which was expected, it came with a geneic charger, but thats okay I was planning on buying my own

Muy buena compra. La verdad tenia un poco de desconfianza sobre los productos reacondicionados, pero vi que este vendedor tenia muy buenas opiniones. El equipo llego en buenas condiciones, muy limpio y bien empacado en una caja generica, venia con su cargador generico y un cable magsafe que me parece de muy buena calidad. No tiene golpes, rayones ni nada, solo un poco de desgaste en el teclado de que fue usado, pero todo funcionando bien desde el minuto uno, tenia 94% de capacidad maxima de bateria (191 ciclos) lo cual me parece adecuando para un equipo que ya tiene sus años, pero honestamente en mi dia a dia parece como nueva, la bateria dura bastante con tareas exigentes y cosas de trabajo, solo la cargo una vez al dia para toda mi jornada. Lo unico que recomiendo es comprar el caragdor original o alguno mas fiable que el que generico que ya trae, pero de ahi en fuera no tengo quejas.

Works as new no damages only the battery is 85% and 2-3 tiny paint chips, rest is just like new, for the price it is worth it

Keyboard in poor condition. All kinds of disgusting gunk underneath the keys. Enter key is inconsistent. I worked hard to disinfect. Fortunately I’m mostly using it as desktop with Bluetooth keyboard
