The media could not be loaded.  This is the most powerful inverter in the market. I needed to start a job 15 amps water pump with my solar system. I tried the XYZ 3000 watts pure sine wave inverter and it powered everything in my house but the water pump. I requested support and the support was so good that referred me to the next level of inverter which was the 4000 watts and that was a better version but it still could not power the 15 amps water pump. Finally the support staff of XYZ offered me to the highest inverter they carry. The inverter from Reliable the 8000 watts pure sine wave. This final test was the so good I had to share this information with the world. I have never received this kind of service in my life time. Attached is pictures and brief video. I was another video but it was too big to load. I was not paid for this review. I started this process on 071319 and my situation was complicated. It is not a normal situation to run a 15 amps and water pump with solar and they were able to help me and now the problem is resolved on 073119. I will buy more products from XYZ. Thank you for your support XYZ.This is a follow up on this inverter.2019 thru 2021After several years of use this inverter is running at 100% capacity. If I need support even during this pandemic I get support. I had questions about the warranty and the warranty is for 1 year only but they say they I should not worry. Because of that I brought 2 more inverters 8000 watts 24 volt just like this one. More updates will follow once I set it up side by side.

This inverter works perfectlyI ordered this item to charge my power tools while working outdoor. It can even take the place of my old generator. I must say I am glad that I bought this unit, it is very important for my family, we often have power outage here and it can generate enough power to run my appliances, my kids were so happy that we don't have to use the noisy generator anymore! I have tested it with my oscilloscope and it is pure sine wave, not modified! And this model is so easy to get started, I was surprise of how short the manual is but it is because you don't need it, just screw the cables and it is done. Nice and easy! I hooked this unit up to my four 6V battery bank and the cables they provided are 5AWG. But I still use my own cable. It works great so far and I don't fear power outage anymore ;)

Has been in use 24/7for about two months with no real problems. Fans are a bit loud and when my solar panels take the voltage a bit high the unit requires a reasonable load to avoid flickering led lights. My minimum load on a regular basis is 1.2 amps and all works well.i intend to buy another in the near future

I just replaced my old 3000w inverter (that worked fine) with this 8000w inverter, so I could power more equipment, mainly medical equipment. It was a simple switch out from my old inverter to this new one. When I powered this unit on, nothing. No lights, no siren, no smoke, just nothing. It came right out of the box, brand new, no damage, just didn't work. I checked all the connections, all two of them, pos/neg, yet nothing. It is well past time for a return or warranty, so this is just a warning for folks that may consider this unit just in case it comes available again... the price is good if it were to work properly, but price doesn't matter much if it never works to begin with. I switched this inverter out, back to my old inverter and I am back up and running. My old 3000w inverter is awesome, this 8000w inverter, not.

had to go thru hell to get an inverter like this. i thought i had bought one, thats was my size i live alone 3000 watts and a remote to boot! i bought the protection plan too just to be safe, you know? anyway all was well until 26 days later, it just stopped working! they had sent fuses and stuff for when this happens i guess so i popped off the lid..... low and behold the fuses were all good. perplexed i started looking for help.... you cant get anyone to help you that asuron portection plan is a joke . it took me 6 hours at the ups store to get a shipping label from them. they sent me two emails in three months.one of them was a shipping label ! on july 31. 7 days after they had recieved itt well i thought the ordeal was over because i had gotten my money back, so i thought..... they still have not given my money back, i had to buy this inverter, i spent a lot on it i figured it wouldnt happen to a really nice one right?its been a record breaking year for heat in az and i made it two months with no fridge no air and no power is that protection? i thought they would have just sent another, i knew it was not my fault, and turns out it wasn't. what busted them not giving my money back is the ppl called me last week and told me they finally finished the investigation and it wasnt my fault that they needed to replace it for me..... i bought the original inverter on may 10ith it broke june 16th. and they just now in sept finished and want to replace it? after i had fought with them tooth and nail and got my money back(so i thought) now they wanna give me a gift card? and 10.00 for my inconvenience........ i think thats not very fair i spent 300 just on ice durring that time 116 degrees out n no power.This inverter the 8000 watt is AWESOME!!!! it has not let me down at all PERFECT. needs a lil more instructions but its easy to figure out. it is a high end inverter thats for sure. i will be recomending these to all my new clients. im now an installer!!! i took a class and graduated now im Someone Else Solar !!! LLC. i hope ppl read this and realize they are taking advantage of you ! dont buy the protection plan this one dosent even ask if you want one.....because it doesnt need it!, its high end.
