Best knee pillow I've seen
I've used the Knee-T Pro over the past 4 nights since I received it and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be. The 22" length and 10" width is perfect for my 5' 11" frame. The 4-5" thickness seems ideal as well. I've read lots of reviews on various models of knee pillows and one thing people often complain about is a flattening out of the pillow between the knees. This does not happen with the Knee-T Pro. It uses high grade memory foam on the top and bottom with high grade HR foam sandwiched in the middle. Seems very well designed for long-term durability and comfort. It was sent to me with an "upgraded" bamboo cover that has single elastic strap (like the smaller version) as opposed to the double velcro straps pictured here for the larger version. Some previous reviewers of the Knee-T Pro have complained about the double straps so I was glad to receive the single strap cover instead. The placement of the strap hits my leg at a natural point, and it's not too tight or too loose. I like the way I can quickly slip my leg in and out of it when I get in and out of bed. I find that when I turn from one side to the other during the night I sometimes need to fine-tune the position of the pillow between my knees. I think I'm barely conscious of it and it's not a problem. And I'd likely fine-tune the position during the night if using any type of knee pillow. My only question about the pillow is the longevity of the bamboo cover. I like the material and it seems well chosen for this model of knee pillow, but it is different from any material I've seen before. I trust it will be fine, especially if it is washed regularly. I communicated a bit with Jeff, the President, during the purchase so I'm confident that if I need to buy a replacement cover after the 1-year cover warranty period, it would be an smooth process. Jeff was fast to respond to my emails and the item arrived literally the next day. Granted, he is in S. California and so am I...and the order was expedited.I would highly recommend this product to someone like me who is looking for a pillow that runs from knee to ankle and will alleviate hip pain when sleeping on the side.***Update: Mar 5, 2014***I've used this pillow every night for the past 2 1/2 months and I still love it as much as when my original review was written. Foam remains resilient as if new and the cover continues to work well.***Update: Mar 7, 2015***This pillow is still going strong after 15 months of constant use. Foam is still like new and cover has held up fine (even though I haven't washed the cover, which I should do). I'd definitely buy it again.

Best invention ever
Best invention ever! It took my back and hip pain away the first night i used it. It's cool and doesn't trap heat. The cover is soft and can be removed to wash. I can't imagine my life without it! The only thing i would mention is if you are a rough sleeper, don't buy this pillow. The strap is elastic without velcro so it does slide around if you are having a rough night. Over all though AMAZING!

Just okay
I tried this for one week and concluded that it has more negative than positive features. On the positive side:It does help with sciatic pain, but only if you can manage to keep it in place all night. It does not get hot and the leg straps are not uncomfortable. On the negative side:As I said, it is hard to keep it in place all night. this is because the leg straps will not tighten enough to keep it from sliding. The price for the pro model is double what it costs for the model made for smaller people.I've tried other knee pillows and this one comes the closest to working properly. If you can't find relief any other way and do not object to the price, this might be the product for you.

Crazy Good Product
I can't believe someone finally got it right. I have used knee pillows on and off for years because I have chronic lower back pain. I am 40 years old and like to be active but sometimes back pain makes it very difficult to do so. Sleeping with a knee pillow helps me be active because it reduces my pain. I have had so many over the years and they all suck! They go flat and limp almost immediately and they are covered with some cheap scratchy fabric, don't stay in place, stink like chemicals etc... All of them, really all of them, some are better then others but they all fail sooner than later. THAT IS WHY I LOVE THIS PILLOW. Really, I am not one to gush about a stupid pillow but this one is GREAT! I am just so happy with this purchase that I had to write. This is why: Pillow is firm and does not let my knees or ankles touch and I the foam is way more resilient than any other pillow I have owned (I don't think it is going to break down), it is designed perfect, it is so comfortable that I don't even think about it being on at night, elastic strap that keeps pillow in place, even when I roll to my other side (very cool), soft but firm, great durable cover, and last but not least, it doesn't smell. I bought another one at the same time on Amazon and it just stinks like toxic foam. Anyhow, best pillow I have ever owned and makes it enjoyable to sleep with, thanks guys for making a high quality product ( I would have paid 3x for it now that I know). ***UPDATE*** 8/29/13---I just found out that this company offers a 100% memory foam version of this very same knee pillow. It can be found here: The "Knee-T" w/ 100% Memory Foam, Knee, Hip, Ankle & Foot Support Pillow, Small, 100% Bio-Memory foam w/ 100% Cotton Fleece Cover BTW, my Knee T is holding up great and I bought the memory foam one as well but I have not received it yet. I will leave a review of that product in month or two if I remember.

Product Fail
I am a side sleeper seeking support for both my knees & ankles. This missed the mark in many, many ways. First, the product images are misleading. Some show 1 leg strap and some show 2. I mentally latched on to the 2 strap images because I thought this was a smart way to keep the pillow properly positioned. I received a pillow with just 1 strap, and sure enough the pillow does not stay positioned at the ankle because it is missing the second strap. If you roll over in the night, it will 100% wake you up as it flops haphazardly around. Next, the "sherpa" lining is a cheap scratchy polyester that does not look or feel like sherpa material in the slightest. Additionally, the pillow is not near dense enough to provide any real support. Lastly, this thing is grossly overpriced. If it were at a price point of say $15 then I honestly still would have returned it but at least the price would not be as laughable. Needless to say, I sent the pillow back.
