I was at first skeptical to purchase this item because it had no reviews. It was good, the only thing I would change is the manual it could be a little more idiot proof

Set up is pretty easy. Even given alternatives to tight up on the edge of the table or if there any to the table. Note to seller. If possible, show the alternatives in the user manual. I've tried both ways at once )). Finally, works perfectly with my Samsung 27' curve.

Although i bought this for a different purpose in mind , the build quality and features are great. I wish the pole mount could be a bit longer, but thats just me.

I will give it 4 stars for now just for the benefit of the doubt. But I will come back after 6mos. If it still work perfectly, I'll change it to 5 stars.So far there's really no con I can see. It's heavy duty. Lifts my 32 in 4K LG monitor. The material is durable and of high quantity. The packaging itself says it's definitely not the cheap kind. Although the price is relatively cheaper than its competitors. What made me decide on this monitor arm is the clamp mechanism. It has double bolts. Which means it secures firmly on the table. Almost all of the other brands have a single bolt screw. That alones means the manufacturer of this brand have considered it seriously. The only thing that I don't like is that my monitor cable is to short so I have to mount the stand on my right hand side of the table, just beside my CPU. Normally, it should be on the left side but it's no fault of this product. The cable management is also commendable. Hides them neatly.I've used an arm before but after a few months it caved, although it said it could carry the size of the monitor that I have. So I'll come back in 6mos and see if this one still holds up. I'm guessing it will. We'll see.Edit (after 8 months): Changed it to 5 stars.I know I was supposed to re-review it after 6mos but it was holding up pretty well that I gave it a couple more and it's realy keeping up. Feels the same since the day I put it up. I just added a monitor lamp and ut feels nothing. I'm really surprised they priced it this cheap.YOU SHOULD BUY THIS NOW!
