Faulty product not known within first month
I ordered two of these brushes in December so I could replace them quarterly. The first one worked fine in the Rotadent. When replacing with the 2nd brush this week I realized it is faulty and does not spin when power is turned on. Can a replacement be sent? I have never had this issue with a brush in 15 years. Please advise.

Genuine Rotadent brush that works
These are genuine Rotadent brushes that have worked for at least two months now and are still going strong. I have bought several from DenMat - OralProCare, which is the original distributor of Rotadent, that almost immediately stopped working because the gears disengage. These brushes from Amazon make a bit of noise but at least they work. I assume that these have either been redesigned or they have a new manufacturer that does a better job with the gears. I recommend buying these brushes.
