Faulty tilt mechanism causing sudden fall
Review after 3 months of usage.The chair is comfortable and was easy to assemble. I have been continuously using this chair for last 3 months. Ware and tear of the seats has not been much and it is actually in good shape even after 4/5 hours of daily use.However the hydraulics are faulty. It'll randomly lose pressure and the chair will go down. This is an inconvenience you can live with. But the major issue is the tilt lock mechanism randomly failing causing you to suddenly fall back on your seat. Since I sit near a table many times I have hit my legs and hands on the table and sustained minor bruises. At the very minimum its a scary experience. I am writing this review after such a fall hitting my right hand thumb on the table trying to grab it. This makes me hesitant to recommend this chair to anyone.

The installation is very easy and the chair is very comfortable. The alignment is so good that it doesn’t cause any strain to your back.
