Terrible fertility!
Day 21- 3 hatched out 19...15% which is terrible. I usually get 50+% on mail order, 80+% on home grown. I opened the 16 unhatched...blank, aka NOT FERTILE! I ordered from Fishing Products of TEXAS purposely because it's Dec & it's still warm in Texas but eggs appear to have been shipped from New England(???) which is cold so fertility is crap. My background, organic farmer, hatching eggs, including EMU which are very difficult, raising quail for over three decades. I moved recently so little choice but to purchase eggs to restart.Perhaps their hatch rate is better come spring but I wouldn't waste your money during the colder months. Very disappointed with the switch from what was supposed to be a warmer climate to the northern, frozen tundra & extremely low hatch rate. I won't purchase from them again. Thumbs waaaay down!

Not the best % of fertilized eggs but great hatch rate 3 ...
We received 13 eggs. 3 hatched and 4 had quail in them. 8 were empty. Not the best % of fertilized eggs but great hatch rate 3 of 4.

Very happy with my purchase
I wanted to wait for the hatch to write a review as I rely on reviews a lot regarding hatching eggs. I was so impressed with the packaging. These eggs had LONG days of travel to get to me. They had to endure A LOT. I had three (only 3!) That arrived cracked but was given extra. Had an average hatch rate for shipped eggs but these guys came out strong and healthy. Obviously some good genetics here. Very good experience and thankful I chose them!

11/15 hatched
We received them in perfect condition, none were broken. And we just had them hatch and we successfully hatched 9, and 2 of which did not have their egg tooth(or whatever it is called) and could not get out if the egg but we are happy with the outcome, and just 4 of which we're duds. We ar pretty happy the living ones are in great condition and very active.

Well packaged- none broken
Ordered 12 and received 15 eggs. Very well packaged and not 1 lost in shipping. 7 of the 15 were fertile and 3 of those hatched. 3 pipped but didn’t make it out of the shell. The 3 that hatched are healthy and growing fast at a week old now. Wished I got more but it’s a start to my flock and was fun to hatch my own- it’s been 3-4 years since I’ve hatched a batch.

It was amazing and just so much fun
This was our first time trying to hatch eggs in an incubator!!! It was amazing and just so much fun. . . . All but 2 of our eggs hatched . . . we could not believe it . . . we had miscalculated the hatch date as there are so many different articles that say 16-21 days. We started thinking they should hatch at 17-18 days . . . they did not!! We were starting to loose hope even though we had candled the eggs (we didn't really know what were doing, so we didn't know if there was a baby quail in there or not, I mean it looked like, but really we didn't have a clue!!).. Anyhow, just as we were beginning to loose hope, I was placing something in the laundry room, were the incubator was, and out of the blue I heard loud tweets and to my happy surprise, 3 babies were running around in the incubator . . . between that time and 8 hours later, we were the proud owners of 11 brand new baby quail. The quail babies are very health and are doing absolutely wonderful. . . we just ordered 24 more eggs from Fishing Products Texas. thank you guys :)

Terrible fertility and terrible seller.
Eggs arrived late and held at post office. Incubated anyway and had zero chicks. First batch ever to have no chicks. I question if they have been fertilized. Contacted Amazon who contacted seller. All I received was a argument message and a copy and paste of the tracking info. I refuse to argue with this seller. I don’t recommend.
