As others have said, it does squeak a lot when you use it which wouldn't matter much except that I haven't found it to be as great as the reviews made it sound. It's okay for rolling over sore muscles (I bought it for calf cramps) but it was hard to get much of a real massage. I reverted to using my hands in the end. I also tried it on my shoulders but it was hard to get much pressure at that angle. Perhaps it would work better if you get someone else to do it for you!

Wife was seemed to really like it - it helped with he back pain during the later stages of pregnancy. Is long enough so you can massage yourself. Plus it looks hilarious.

Not very happy with this purchase. It’s so noisy that it stresses me out when I use it, I wouldn’t recommend buying this product, especially because it cannot be returned.

I found this a great product. I have chronic middle back pain (thoracic). I have used every product in the market including expensive mechanised massagers. The best result seem to be a combination of applying magnesium cream or oil together with this roller. It is a bit noisy initially but after I applied a bit of grease to the joints the noise stopped ( I suspect the magnesium oil will do the job anyway). I am getting one for my 76 year old mum and one for my 98 year old grandma next ...

An excellent well made product that is easy to use and it's design means you can target particularly tight areas in my leg muscles.

Good for gentle massages. Can’t get a huge amount of pressure on trigger points.
