This is the best price and quality you will find for a moly paste. It has many uses where heavy friction loads occur. I got it to coat the lobes of a camshaft in a Pontiac 389 engine. I initially coated the cam with a fancy red liquid put out by a cam manufacturer. It all ran off. Iskendarian cams have used moly lube since day one and it is still the best.

My review is about the picture used in this sellers listing. It does not use a small cap which i assume would have a brush on it like an antisieze can would that is in this product list.Its a paint can style can. I have not opened it as I don't believe it will be anything but a standard paint can lid.I will assume this grease will work fine.

The MP-50 has higher temperature capacity than standard off the shelf wheel bearing grease. It also has great adhesion properties. If you research the advantages of molybdenum disulfide you will want to use this too. It is slightly more expensive and not easily found but for older vehicles and equipment it's worth the extra cost. I repacked the front wheel bearing on my 1993 Explorer (over 300,000 miles) since the wheels have a greater exposure to off-road dirt, debris and water. Even the manufacturer specs this grease for the brake caliper sliding pins. I also tried it on the bearing of my 10 year old shop vac motor - which was previously screeching. Rather than replace the entire motor assembly which still appeared undamaged, I thought I would try the grease - really had nothing to loose. The motor bearings didn't appear worn just lacking the grease (again it ran well for 10 years). Now, it is quiet and can take the heat generated by the bearings. I would recommend this for any mechanical application.

I was excited to get down to using this, but the can was damaged and it looks as if someone has helped themselves to about half of it prior to arrival. Will be sending back for another. Also, the product photos are deceiving. This comes in a metal can..

'Net contents' weight was advertised as16 oz. Container looked to be not much more than 2/3 full when I opened it, so I weighed it. Total weight of contents plus container was 15.1 oz. Their quality control leaves a little to be desired.How well will it perform in my application? Sorry, it will be awhile before I know that.

This is what the1 Lb. can of Jet-Lube MP-50 looked like after arriving in a bubble wrap envelope. The can I received was not the container pictured in the ad. The ad stated it was a plug top can, stupid me, that’s the technical name for a “Paint Can”, that needs the lid to be pried off for each use.

This is a great product and works as described. It is appears to be made with quality materials and not cheaply constructed. I will purchase this product and use this business again as the need arises.

Used on BMW motorcycle Splines. Now that the Honda 70 moly is no longer produced I gave this a try and am not disappointed. Sticks well and lubes well with 50% Moly it's a GREAT deal. Worked better than the Beemer Boneyard 33 Moly they sell at a much higher price. At this price I used it on cables and other areas that did not call for Moly. I work construction and know the crane cables need the best lube out there so gave this a shot. Glad I did.
