WARNING: This Bra's A Knock-Off--NOT Playtex Quality
I've worn Playtex brand bras since my mom bought my first training bra in 1972, so I think I know what their quality should be. What I received from Amazon was nothing like the Playtex quality I have expected my entire adult life. I wear a 40C bra, and I have 2 of them (Playtex model #4693) already. So when I realized I needed a new one, I decided to give Amazon a try. I mean, at 1/3 the price of a department store, what could go wrong?Answer: EVERYTHING.1. The bra had an odd shape: proportionately smallish cups (this is a C cup? Not even...), weirdly small arm holes, and short straps (adjustable only about 2.5 inches, either way). I looked entirely unlike the one I already have.2. The material: the fabric was entirely sub-par: cheap, thin, plastic-feeling, stiff, and the elastic had no "give." I have never worn a bra of such inferior fabrication. It was, in a word, shocking.3. It just didn't fit. I even went back to check. And yes, sure enough: all my other bras are 40C. So this 40C is for some other person, or it's some other kind of measurement. In centimeters, perhaps? In sum: this is NOT a "Playtex" bra like the ones in the department stores. This is a KNOCK-OFF of a Playtex brand bra, pure and simple. And, like a lot of the other flash-fashion, cheap clothing sold on Amazon, it's not sized for American women's bodies. I returned it.

I don’t understand the high ratings
Where do I begin?First, it smells terrible when you first open it. I mean, I always wash clothes before I wear them because of various chemicals, but I never feel like I HAVE to based on smell and feel. It was super chemical smelling but also a little rotten smelling.Second, it fits terribly. For a product made for plus size women and women with large busts, it really gets the proportions wrong. My main problem was the arm holes were super short so it was digging into my armpits under and was super high on my back but the straps felt too tight on my shoulders.Third, the material is scratchy and unpleasant.Fourth, it makes you look like you have 1940s boobsFifth, I figured it’s not a bra for a low cut top, I didn’t realize it will really only work with turtle necks, T-shirt’s, and button ups. I have a very modestly cut scoop neck blouse and I wouldn’t be able to wear this bra with it because of how it’s cut. Modest v-necks might work.

Not comfortable.
I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews but this time I must. This bra felt like I was putting on a device not an undergarment. It is scratchy and tight in all the wrong places. The cup has a weird shape that left room right at the tip for 6 ounces of extra nipple, just strange. And every place there's an edge or a seam there is an itchy pinchy digging feel to it. I am comparing this to the "Just My Size Women's Cushion Strap Minimizer Wire Free Bra" which in my opinion is a far more comfortable bra. It's just my 2 cents but I hope it helps someone avoid a return situation.

Almost Perfect
I have been searching for a comfortable, wireless, supportive, inexpensive bra in a large cup size for a couple of years now. I ordered this one hoping for the best. Here's what I have found:1. Support - Awesome! My girls are where they belong! I don't feel them bouncing around when I'm moving about.2. Comfort - pretty good. The band around does dig in to my side at times because the band is too tight. The straps also dig into my shoulders, but I have very heavy breasts.3. Fit - get a size bigger in the band than you normally wear. I bought this in the same size as all my bras, even the one I bought in a different brand with this order. All my other bras I have to use the smallest length. This one I am on the last hooks and it's still a little tight. The cup size fits well. I do not have the girls sneaking out. The back does allow for "back breasts" when fitted too tight.4. Price - can't beat it!I hope this helps you in your quest for the perfect bra!Update: I ended up buying enough for the week. The price was $10 each and I decided you can't beat these for that price. I did order the next size up in the band and that helps a bunch. I wish it didn't have lace on the edges, which can become itchy and uncomfortable in some spots. Other than that, I love the support and the price!

A smelly too small banded set of torpedo cups
The pros? Um... it kinda fits. The cups vaguely fit correctly. And it was inexpensive. It’s kinda cute I guess. The cons though? My biggest complaints about this bra are as follows:1. It smells like death. I’ve never smelled something as bad as this bra as it came out the bag. I bought one, returned it, and then bought a different size and both smelled like the basement of a funerary.2. The band size is inaccurate. I bought a 46H, but the band is super tight. I mean like painfully so. To compare, I bought a Panache at the same size, and the band was fine. Another reviewer measured and the difference in their size was astronomical as well.3. I look like I’m about to shoot people with my chest. Talk about bullet-shaped y’all. It’s like torpedos strapped to my torso. Call me Bazooka Jane.4. It’s scratchy. I can’t pinpoint where or how but it is scratchy.I will never buy one of these again while I’m searching to A Bra That Fits.Update: I hand washed the heck out of the bra. It took half a box of baking soda in a fifteen minute soak and a bar of soap to get the smell halfway out. I still smell it vaguely underneath the light clean scent. And the bathroom smells like formaldehyde. Hoping for a miracle. Going to try a bra extender for now.Last edit: well it’s official. This is a horrible smelling piece of crap. It smells just like burning latex and sulphur still. I’m tired of soaking it and scrubbing it. The stretchy part is what smells so very bad.

A Bra for the 20's Woman...1920s
36D here. Usually an underwire bra fan; however, due to some recent insert jabbing, decided to go wireless. What better product to support a full bosom with comfort than this, Playtex Women's 18 Hour Original Comfort Strap Bra? I knew from the images that it wouldn't be the sexiest of bras, but thought I could compromise given the gentle day-long hug it would be giving my boobs. I ordered it in toffee, mainly because all the "pretty" colours were not available in my size. Also, I thought that I might wear this neutral tone under a white t-shirt without an outline to show that I have given up on myself by buying a granny bra. When I received the item, I laughed so hard. It is THE. UGLIEST. BRA. EVER. It is not only the colour of spilled coffee, it has shiny swirls throughout the cupping. Add to that, it's elongated styling in the nipple section reminds me of the female assassins in the Austin Powers movies! My long dead grandmother, who was not known for her spending or fashion choices, would not wear this bra if it was given to her! Yes, after all of that, I still tried it on. I posed in the mirror, breasts looking like weapons underneath. I found the back part where the bra clasped to be scratchy. Instead of an underwire mercilessly into my skin, so did the tight elastic banding. I washed it and tried to give it a day for it to prove me wrong. I lasted all of 3 hours. I hoped that I didn't get into an accident where someone would have to remove my shirt. I tried to act normally as my breasts appeared sharp and at chin-level. Finally, the itching and boobiness got too much. I did show my husband the bra before I decided to be done with it forever. I am not sure he will ever want to see me in just my underwear again. I have scarred him, and myself, for life.

Wear with pride. The ultimate in a comfortable, well fitting and unobtrusive 'sensible' bra.
Wow! This is quite a bra.Had to wait a while as it came from N.J. in America... "Look!" I'd said to my OH. "New Jersey!""Really?," he said. "Thought it was New Bra."It's certainly a sturdy bra. Fits like a glove. But.... and here's the thing. It's a strong bra, so if you're between sizes, go for the next size up as the under band might be a bit tight, it's important to measure yourself under your boobs accurately. Ordinary bras are a bit more forgiving. Cup sizing is perfect. Strong, properly padded straps are really comfortable, don't slip. There is some leeway for adjustment, but not enough for bouncing around, and is unobtrusive under tops and tees.Full coverage keeps everything safely gathered in while giving uplift and shape. Wide side panels that stretch, but keep you well supported.Four hook and eye fastenings at the back in three positions for maximum comfort. Good, wide band under the bust, really comfortable, no ride-up, but for maximum comfort you'll need to have measured properly. The construction is polyester, with some nylon, some spandex, interlined with cotton in the banding. Beautifully made. Big, fully supportive and comfortable, but very light to wear. Hand wash, hang up to dry. This is a big, beautiful bra. Bridget Jones would go crazy for this. Buy it and wear it with your granny pants. Steal the show.

It's lifts and separates the girls nicely, and points us all in the right direction
I defy anyone to fall out of this one ! Ladies , this is some bra let me tell you ! It's lifts and separates the girls nicely , and points us all in the right direction ! Man , this is more an industrial version of a bra ! I doubt this will ever fall apart either , it's superbly made , and very comfortable . The straps are padded, it fits superbly .....and gives a lovely shape ( falsely in my case ! ) exceptionally well made , and well worth the money .

Beautiful but tight
Beautiful bra which certainly lifted and supported my tired old boobs! However, there isn't much stretch at all. By the middle of the day I began to feel uncomfortable and the bra began to dig in.I would, therefore, suggest you order the next band size up than you would normally. Cups were a tad large too...I think once you get the correct size this bra would be great. As for me, I'm going back to my usual brand. Same support and lift but much more comfy and no mucking about with sizes!

Perfect fit, great price, great everything .... except shape.
So I ordered this going by my bra measurement from measuring using the method given by the ABraThatFits subreddit and it fit perfectly, the price for that size bra was also great, it was delivered earlier than expected, its really really comfortable, everything about it is perfect ..... except that it makes my breasts a really strange shape, I am really used to wearing bras that give a lot of lift and separation, this does not do that at all, nada, it makes my breasts look like the 1950s pointy style, if that is what you like then this is perfect for you, but it is not very flattering on me, and despite it being literally the only bra I own that actually fits me, I don't think i'll be wearing it if I am leaving the house. (I will probably wear it every minute I am inside the house though)
