Q: Are these shoes good for all day standing?

I'm on my feet all day with these and they're fine. But then I have orthotics in them that I got from a podiatrist that were laser-mapped to match the soles of my feet. But my prior shoes (with the same orthotic inserts,) were Brooks Ghost running shoes - some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, but not very durable for everyday work - and these Sketchers are just as comfortable as those were.

Q: I would like to equip all of my shoes with the exact same soles that come in these shoes so please someone send me in the correct direction

I would either ask Sketchers if they have extra insoles for your shoes. They do sell nice gel insoles in Walmart and other stores.
