I needed something basic to increase my knowledge of echocardiography as I am an experienced in invasive Cardiology but working more around Echo and want to be able to understand what the Echo staff is seeing when I am working hybrid cases. This is a great book for beginners with background cardiac knowledge/experience.

It took almost 2 weeks to get here. This is not standard size book. The book is very detailed and perfect for me learning echo and very satisfied with the content.

This book is so detailed, I would highly recommend it. It describes everything to do with heart. Such as anatomy, diastole, systole, current measurements, abnormalities and so on. It also has detailed pictures of valves and Dopplers for helpful understanding.

Provides a concise, practical approach to understanding echocardiography. Great for APRNs who practice in cardiology.

I used it to help me understand echo. It was useful to help correlate with auscultation findings.

I got the book for reference to have at work.
