Impossible to drink this ! Way too sweet. I tried diluting it with twice as much water, and it was still undrinkable. Had to throw it in the trash.

I suffer terribly from extreme heat. I actually fainted several times because of it. Prior to over-heating I would get a senstion of waviness, feeling of nausea and extreme body heat. My doctor basically said that my salt levels are low and I needed to replace my electrolytes. This is where the Ultima Electrolytes Replemenisher comes in. I add this to my water before working out and while I'm outside on the go in the heat. I love the variety pack of different flavors. The electrolyte packets are a true game changer for me. They work effectively and I do not get that funny light-headed, nauseas feeling anymore. The powder mixes well, the flavors are delicious without a fake after taste and I always feel well hydrated during a hard workout. No stomach upset for me, but I'm not hyper sensitive to anything much anyway. Definitely recommend.

Cero empalagosos, cero salados, compro el de variedad de sabores porque me gusta variarle pero mi favorito definitivamente es el de maracuya!! Los mezclo con la bolsa de la USWE para las salidas en la moto y son un ALIVIANE para hidratar! Son mis electrolitos preferidos LEJOS!!!

so This is my 2nd time buying these, Liked them enough after the first time ordered again when i ran out....I dont like to mince words when it comes to a great quality product and this is it. I like to mix the Flavors in my old Gatorade bottle or in the Amazon Coconut Water boxes---Amazon Grocery, Pure Coconut Water, No Added Sugar, 11.2 Fl Oz, 24 Ct ...as a diabetic I think this is the best brand for Electrolytes I originally bought the Pink Lemonade and loved it so I decided on the variety pack this time the flavors have all been great tasting. this is a HIGHLY RECOMMEND Product for me. plus ZERO SUGARS ZERO CARBS !!!!!
