Do these key caps have the full word printed for caps lock, print screen, pause break etc... or are they just abbreviations?

All but the word SHIFT are abbreviated

Are these key caps considered low profile ?

They are mechanical and do sit up higher than the "flatter" keyboards. This is not what I would consider low profile. That being said, I intentionally chose a base that was more typewriter like than low profile to have the full fun experience of these keys.

Would they fit a 60% keyboard?

Yes they fit a RK61 keyboard with red rgb switches. They look great, feel light and smooth.

Does it fit a Logitech g512 keyboard?

I wouldn’t recommend they would fit but the markings of the letters are inconsistent and light so you barely see them
