Alessi Autentico Premium Soups, Traditional Flavors, 6oz (Sicilian Split Pea, Pack of 6)

One of our favorite soups. Easy to make and delicious. We add canned beans and as well as celery. carrots and onions to make it a bit hardier and healthier. Also good made with broth rather than water.

Delicious soup - so easy to make and convenient to have on hand in the pantry. My local store no longer carries this item so I was happy to be able to order a case to have ready for quick meals any time.

the soup is great and hard to find and at a reasonable price. I love having these in my pantry for emergencies . it came nicely packaged and very quickly. We often stay in places with a full kitchen and all you need to add is water. an easy inexpensive and delicious meal. I always take a couple in my luggage.

We have bought the chicken noodle and the mushroom soup. The chicken noodle soup is enhanced by a few frozen peas, carrots and beans with added chicken. I make it for friends who are not feeling well, and they seem to appreciate it. The mushroom soup is delicious with added fried mushrooms. Both soups are worth the price and convenience.

I ordered the variety pack and tried the Zuppa Toscani white bean soup first. It was19 degrees here in VA January when the soup! light bulb went off in my brain. I added 1T of avocado oil, some already cooked little yellow Idaho potatoes and fresh spinach, and after 12 minutes, turned the heat to low for 30 mins or so. It thickens up quickly, so I will add some broth to it next time - I've already ordered a 6-pack! - I like my soup with a little more liquid in it. I sprinkled some Mozzarella on top. It was seasoned just right and so delicious, and took that chill right off my bones! And you know I had to have a small second helping of it:) I know the Alessi brand is quality because I've been buying their white balsamic vinegar for several years, so I highly recommend the white bean soup. I look forward to trying the other two soups in the variety pack, at least one more tomorrow when the low will be12 degrees.

Soups are delicious and very easy to prepare. Definitely a good thing on a cold winter’s night.

Happy I could buy them from Amazon since my Safeway grocery store no longer carries them.
