I try hard to follow a keto diet and this cereal is a nice addition. I find it expensive but don’t use it as a “bowl of cereal” but rather as a condiment on yogurt. The cereal has a good flavor and great crunch unless you let it sit in milk, that will soften it considerably.

This cereal is extremely dry. Even with milk it has a odd texture in your mouth. What ever you do , don’t eat it dry or you will choke to death. Won’t buy it again.

Perhaps this could work as an occasional dry snack, but I'd prefer a bowl of mixed nuts. In a cereal bowl with almond milk, it doesn't really "mix," but remains bits of doggy treats swimming in liquid. The flavor's just "okay." Nothing especially wrong with it, but I've found better alternatives for me.

Cereal tasted great, I didn't realize how small the bag was when purchasing so that's my fault. The amount you get for the price isn't worth it in my opinion.

This cereal has a good amount of cinnamon flavor, but is like eating rocks. It is hard to chew. I will not buy it again.

This is the only keto cereal I actually enjoy and I have tried a lot! It is delicious. Just wish it wasn’t so pricey!

This product tastes terrible! It's hard and the flavor is disgusting! It leaves a really bad after taste in your mouth, long after eating it. In my honest opinion, this definitely is a fail and I will not buy this product again!
