I bought it for a universal plug but it did not fitI used it for another 2 European plugs and it worked perfectlySo overall it is worth trying

Glad there were 2 in the package
Two came in the package, the first one I used came apart when I tried to unplug the hairdryer. The second one works just fine that’s why I only gave it a middle star.
