Can this mouse be used on a MacBook Pro?

I'm using mine with a MacBook Pro and I love it. Some wireless mice do have strange pointer or scrollwheel behavior on MacOS, but this one has worked well and hasn't given me any problems.

How loud are the buttons? I’m looking for a quite mouse and was wondering if the buttons are more towards the silent end.

It's fairly quiet compared to the other mice that I own, but it's definitely not silent. There are manufactures that make mice that are specifically designed to be silent if that's what you are looking for, but if you just want something that isn't loud, this one is pretty good.

Will this work on other pcs that run windows? i have the hp envy x360 with windows 10

This will work on any PC or Mac that has built in bluetooth support. The HP envy x360 (along with the majority of other modern laptops) do include bluetooth support and will work.
