Come prodotto lo trovo ottimo, prima compravo le buste da 1KG ma visto che ne faccio un utilizzo costante ho optato per un formato superiore. Il gusto è ottimo ( nel mio caso vaniglia che ricorda il budino del crème caramel ma senza caramello ), si scioglie facilmente in acqua o nel latte e non mi ha mai dato problemi con lo stomaco. A qualcuno potrebbe risultare troppo dolce, per me è un premio a fine allenamento, comunque basta aggiungere 50ml di latte o acqua alla dose consigliata e si risolve il problema. A differenza delle buste in questo formato è compreso il misurino che spesso si trova sul fondo quindi bisogna fare una piccola caccia al tesoro per farlo riemergere.

I am using this protein 2 years now (cream & cookies and vanilla my favourite flavours) and I am satisfied. A nice combo of protein and nutricients offering the expected resulted. I like that you can combined it with water, milk, make smoothies, porridge, pancakes and protein bars. I am doing yoga, crossfit and running and it suits my needs as I see an nice smooth muscle build up without transforming into hulk. It is important to measure your daily calorie intake and to have a balanced diet when you are consuming protein. I totally recommend it.
