I used this for taking some measurements in my shop, the light can reach very long, and it is small which allowed us to carry it around. making this very useful. this will reduce our working time by a lot. in fact, I'll buy more for my brother-in-law.

Works as described

This product was fairly easy to use. The magnet works really well and the laser is light enough to be held by the managnet. I wish it had a little more features at this price point such as a tripod, rechargeable batteries. Despite this, it was a good purchase

Awesome level! It’s very accurate and easy to use. Compact but powerful. Red laser is easy to see during the day. Accessories are useful and the snug fitting foam storage container is perfect. It’s awesome for jobs around the house. Highly recommended!

The manual says that it is just for 15 ft, and indoor only, not for 150 ft indoor & outdoor as it is in the description. Outdoor you can barely see the light at a distance of 10 ft. If it is nights, then you can see it outside maybe for 100 feet. So it might be good for those who works at nights. However the product itself is good for the manual's settings: up to 15 feet indoor. But who loves when someone is trying to cheat you?

Don't buy, I not only had my original purchase replaced because it was defective but the replacement was a piece of garbage as well.

I got this to be able to hang up TV mounts, mirrors, etc on walls. While it does do all right, the "leveling" in it is a simple balance design and does not really stay level easily. It will level, but you breathe on it and it will swing a little bit back and forth since there is nothing to help cushion it. I do like the fact that if the level is not "level" by a few degrees it will flash as a warning. Another issue I ran into is the power... The power switch does not work! There is a battery "lock" that prevents anything from getting turned on, but once you do flip the battery disconnect to "on", the level automatically comes on. The power switch on top does not turn it on or off, so the battery disconnect is the only way. It does come in a nice padded zippered pouch and has the attachments to mount on a wall or onto a tripod. However, I would look at some alternatives out there...
