Per the video it looks like the person was in the bed while it was being inflated? Has anyone tried this method ?

I have experienced it before I sold it and it was easy to inflate when someone was in the bed. Because it comes with an excellent pump.

How high is the bath once inflated?

The height of the tub when inflated is 22 cm/8.3 inch

Can it be used in a lift chair

I don’t think so. It needs be flat to hold the water. If you used it in a chair, lift chair it would probably just protect the chair but you could possibly get water all over the floor unless you can maneuver the bottom part of it to catch the water and then drain it to a pan or something low
