UPDATE: The Delsey Paris customer service was phenomenal and shipped a brand new replacement suitcase to my door (in brown, as requested).. I simply submitted pics, the serial number, and the receipt. Im blown away by their responsiveness and generosity. I highly recommend this company.1: Cracked at the wheel attachment area after two years of use. Luggage repair place said this was game over. If the suitcase is cracked where the wheel attaches, there’s nothing to attach the wheel too, and the suitcases is useless.2: White color suitcase gets filthy after each use being on conveyor bolts at the airport and the baggage claim area. I had to scrub it down after every trip to keep it presentable looking.

This set is absolutely adorable. It is so easy to use! I can pack two weeks of clothes in the bigger size and it rolls so well, even with fifty pounds of luggage inside of it. At first, I thought it was a little pricey, but it is such good quality that the value is so nice.

Delsey Paris Chatelet Air 2.0 did not disappoint! Trunk style functioned well for extended trip. Chose Delsey Paris after hearing my spouse rave about how durable and well constructed they are. Would definitely recommend purchasing.

Purchased February 2025 for trip to Hawaii. Handle of THIS style completely broke off the large suitcase while in Hawaii. Promptly returned the complete 2 pc set within my return window timeframe. So thankful it happened sooner than later. I loved this name brand because I have a Delsi carry-on that my daughter kept borrowing and it is absolutely well made but this version with the handles just barely tucked in with weak hardware inside the material is sub par and a complete disappointment! I need to go back to the other style where the handles are build with leather and visibly good hardware attached to the suites and buy the large one.

Very stylish inside and out. Strong doble zipper. Didn't like that it doesn't expand in size. Have not traveled with them yet. That will be the ture test.

This is now my third try at finding the perfect suitcase I have returned two others to Amazon and I returned two others that I bought at Marshalls. I was beginning to give up currently my two large suitcases are soft sided and that just does not work. Once you load them up the weight distribution makes it almost impossible to push it down a long carpeted hotel hallway. Those were made by Samsonite and I've used them for a couple of years and I suppose the airlines have screwed up the wheels.So this time I decided to try a larger size suitcase and hard. I was very satisfied with my 21-in Delsey Chatelet. But I was not sure if I was ready to spend this much money. But if it means spending more than what I did on the other suitcases to make it easier at the airport and going from the car to the hotel and returning then I decided to try this suitcase.I also had never had a trunk before and I realized once I unpacked it tonight why it's perfect because it is narrower than my other suitcase this size and when you are trying to fit it in the trunk of a rental car or the back seat of a car oftentimes it's the width of the suitcase that causes the problem and you can't stand it up on the side because then it's too tall and you can't make it fit in the trunk or see you in the rear view mirror.. why didn't I think of this before the narrower design. But even better what I like about this is the zipper is not in the middle I would say you have the bottom which is about 2/3 and then the top which is the other third which is better for me the way I pack. Both sides have complete closure with zippers so that when you open up the suitcase nothing is flying around. If you're not picky about which color you choose I noticed that the different colors sometimes have vastly different prices. For example I bought this in brown but the 21 inch I bought in the ivory.Lastly I cannot say enough good things about the wheels smooth turning forwards backwards everything about this suitcase is perfect so far I will update this review once I take a trip.
