Fullicon Large Pill Organizer 4 Times a Day, 7 Day Pill Box, Black Rainbow

This pill organizer met all of my needs as far as durability, sturdiness and size. I love the fact that it accommodates the four times a day dosing needs of my medication schedule, most organizers are for three times daily. I also like the fact that I was able to get a black case to protect my medications from light and the compartments are large enough to accommodate various oil supplements in my daily regimen. The individual snap top dispensers can be difficult to open but they are very secure. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

I take a lot of supplements. For years I have had giant pill organizer that holds two weeks, morning and night, of capsules. I don’t exactly like having to replenish my supply and 14 days is about as little I can take to do refills. My old pill box was great at home but a bear for travel. It took up too much space, and I had to tape down the little containers because they would often open during the trip on a plane and capsules would be everywhere when I got to my destination. My old pill box finally gave up the ghost, and I had to find another one, which is harder than you think. Then I ran into this Fullicon XXL. First, the containers are big enough to hold all of my pills. Second, it’s about half the size of my old one. Third, the locking system works flawlessly. I have dropped my new pill box several times and to my astonishment, no spills! Fourth, it has a second box that all my daily containers fit in and it also locks flawlessly. Fifth, it’s more convenient to take my supplements because , I can take each days container and have my pills out of the cover box and ready for the next day. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The price is right, and the product functions perfectly. I don’t think you would ever be dissatisfied if you need a pill box that handles a bundle of pills.

Oh my goodness what a great product. I got this for my mom who has dementia to help organize her medications. The compartments are color coded for each day of the week, extra large and easy to read. She can easily follow the time of day take to her medications on time. The compartments are extra large so you can fit her medications in easy. What I love most was I color coded the day of the week for her medications with her daily chore chart. This helps us keep her organized.

Incredible product! I use this organizer for my supplements/vitamins. Some of my supplements/vitamins I have take x1 to x4 a day. I love how there are x4 compartments for each time of day: early morning, daytime, evening and bedtime. The multi-colored boxes for each day help me stay organized for that particular day. The container and daily organizers within are a very durable/thick plastic. You won’t have to worry about the product cracking or the snap-lids tearing off due to use. You can easily read the labels on each compartment. The removability of each organizer is quick & simple due to the effective execution of product design. The container is slim and makes traveling/packing simple! I’m so grateful for the value of this product! Well worth every penny!

This is a good quality pill box. I like the black plastic box. It keeps your pills safe from children's eyes and closes secure for travel. The seven pill holders have secure locks and hold all my gummy vitamins. This pill holder is excellent for my meds.

First off, I’m a Fullicon fan and repeat customer. My husband and I own several of their previous generation of pill organizers, because we like having more than a few days planned in advance. So, I knew I was getting good quality when I ordered. The storage case is sturdy and solid, the latches snap nicely closed, and the individual organizers are just as well made, with extremely deep wells designed to hold an enormous quantity of your largest supplements. I love that the compartments are individual, and each closure closes so neatly. Great price for a very reliable brand, and an obvious repeat purchase for our household.

I LOVE this organizer as the pill holders are actually big enough to hold all my meds. I bought in December 2024 and today Feb 2026 one of closure tabs broke off. I was worried about this happening when I bought it but couldn't find an alternative. For such and expensive pill organizer I had hoped the bend points would have been better made to withstand multiple opening and closings a day especially the closing snap lock parts. I will continue to use it until it falls apart completely as I can not afford to buy another on my disability payment. This box travels well and is easy to fill. But be warned if you have a pet it WILL attract their hair via static. It helps me keep in mind if I took my meds yet or not. This is better than a HERO machine which doesn't hold enough of my meds and hands out incorrect amounts of meds and always breaks down. This doesn't breakdown or give you the wrong pills or amounts!

Very pleased with this medicine storage container. I broke one one of the locks when I dropped the whole thing on floor. It landed just right. A couple of the boxes holding pills popped open but didn't roll out. I'm still using it but wanted another so now I can have 2 weeks worth ready. The only thing that could make me happier would be if the made one with 6 times a day but not make the boxes smaller. I take a supplement first thing in the morning then an hour later I take my AM supplements with breakfast. I repeat the same thing an hour before dinner. So ideally 2 more places for those pills would be great. The way it is now I always have 2 pill bottles sitting out. I usually just take out the pills for the day so bothersome that I can't have everything in one container. I think they'd be the first ones to make something that big. I've looked everywhere and found nothing.

I like the dimensions and the fact that the case can be removed as well as the columns. Amazing colors. Robust product. I like the multitude of functions this product can bring. Nice pill organizer.

Excellent product. I'm able to get 3 weeks worth of medications in this container. And there's no problems with the larger capsules.

I am a post transplant patient and I take a lot of medication‘s and supplements. This is exactly what I needed. Each individual compartment is big enough to hold all my meds and supplements and then I can just grab the day out of the big part and go or throw the large part with all of the days in my bags and be on my way again. I don’t know why people are complaining about the size. It says extra large in the title so you should understand this is very big, but you can take the individual ones out.

This is quite a large pill organizer and was exactly what I was looking for. Love it.

Super happy with this organizer! Love that it has 4 compartments per day (morning, day, evening, bedtime), and each compartment easily accommodates different sized tablets/capsules. The compartments are easy to open with arthritic fingers, but also secure. The case is an extra bonus. Great design for travel and isn’t ugly obvious on a kitchen shelf.
