Good product
These blades work good and last long time ( unless you keep hitting the dang nails trim carpenters put in wrong place). Very pleased

It is easy to use and very effective shame it has to ...
Seems ok. Haven't used it yet. It's the correct size and tungstone tipped. Should be ok. Shame we can't buy at a sensible price in the UK. I have used the Roberts jamb saw extensively in the uk for fitting oak and laminate flooring. It is easy to use and very effective shame it has to be 110 volt only. Transformers at the ready. It really is a useful bit of kit. I have not used it for shortening doors. Only mainly for cutting skirtings. This is a damned good bit of kit.

Keep a spare blade!
A must have if you have a jamb saw! One really needs to try and avoid any nails or have a spare blade on hand. It is carbide tipped and holds up pretty well but once dulled the job can come to a standstill. Ordering and waiting for a new blade can become a real hassle. Keep a spare!
