Excellent and attractive light
This is an attractive, modern security light, which, with its diffuser screen, gives a very bright and even light over a large area, more reminiscent of a video light than a security light. It comes without any cable, which is not really a problem. If it is a replacement you already have a cable there and if it is a new installation will still need a cable to connect the short cable included with some lamps to the mains. There is a potential problem in connecting an existing cable as the screws in the terminals are tiny. Not a problem in itself, they are well bedded in and secure, but not everyone will have a star screwdriver or screwdriver bit that small. On the plus side, the terminal block slides out making it easier to wire in the connections. It plugs back in and the weather proofing covers can then be screwed up and tightened. The second problem comes with adjustment dials where the instructions and unit don't fully tally. For instance the light can be set to come on just at night or day and night. The instructions tell you to look for sun and moon settings on the dial, sun being all the time, moon being just night. The dial just has + and -. Mine was set day and night, so I just turned the dial and changed it to night only. I must admit though, I am intrigued to know the purpose of a security light coming on in bright sunshine. The other settings are for sensitivity, which is not, as the name suggests, to distinguish between mice and 16 stone burglars, but to adjust the range of detection from approximately six to eight metres. There is also a setting for the time the light operates from 10 seconds to 10 minutes. So once you have sorted when you want the light to operate, and most people will go for night, the operating distance for the sensor and the length of time the light comes on for, there are adjustments for both vertical and horizontal angle, which means you can point it pretty well wherever you want with the motion detector mounting independent from the main unit allowing it to be adjusted further for range, pointing it up or down, or angle so it perhaps detects at the edge of the light range. The extra flexibility is there if you want or need it.All in all this is an attractive and effective security light with endless possibilities for adjustment of angle and coverage and a light which , unlike most security lights, is aesthetically pleasing. It's not the cheapest around but you will struggle to find a better looking light.

Gives off a really nice light, motion detection distance a little poor.
Really like the light given off by these, the 20w is fine for navigating the garden, don't see why you need anything more powerful and gives a nice spread. Only complaint is motion detection is a little bit poor in range compared to older lights I had, but its totally workable for me and i'd still recommend overall especially for the price.

High quality, good design
After a few (expected) weeks waiting for delivery, the light was simple to fit and worked perfectly.Single side A4 of clear instructions (not multiple pages of warnings and languages), but it's all obvious anyway. The cable connection is typical for high quality outdoor, waterproof electric lights.I like the 'no-bezel' design and wide range of position adjustments for both the light and the PIR sensor. This 80W version is OK for my driveway but I would have liked the option of a 100W version. The more expensive B&Q light that I bought before this one failed after 2 days, which didn't help when my house was burgled just after fitting it!

Good quality floodlight
Light easy to install especially with the fact that connections to main power achieved without having to open up lamp up to attach power cable

Better than Wickes
After having three COB LEDs from Wickes all fail within 6-7 months, I decided to go with this one So far, so good. Unfortunately however, I now see water ingress of the PIR sensor. Therefore longevity is now highly questionable!

Pleased.
Light was easy to install and looks great. Slightly concerned by the IP44 rating, would have felt happier with IP65. Time will tell whether my concerns are valid.
