The Teagarden Arts hand-cast mug cover allows you to protect your hot or cold beverage using your own favorite mug. It blocks the cold air from a hot drink and blocks the hot air from a cold drink. It blocks floating cat or dog hairs and pesky flies or gnats. If you have any pet who is short on self control then it blocks the rim of your cup from suddenly being licked. You need to measure the INSIDE DIAMETER of your mug first. The Medium Size fits any mug, glass or cup with an inside diameter of 2 5/8" to 3 1/8" (67mm to 79mm). That's quite a range, from small to fairly large. The Large Size fits 3 3/16" to 4" (81mm to 102mm). Each mug cover is hand poured into a mold, so weight can vary from 9 1/2 ounces to 11 ounces. The Regular Size has a little peak on the underside to help with condensation. The large doesn't have this feature ( would make it a bit heavy) but it doesn't drip either!
