Not sure.
I'm not too sure on this one. Compared to other tapioca powders I've used in the past this one was lumpy when mixed in with other ingredients. I was dreadfully sick the morning after consuming this product (not sure if it was to do with the powder but I hadn't consumed any other foods from my normal routine) could have been out of date I don't know. Since then I haven't used it.
