It was missing the bar but luckily I was able to use a speed square in place of it. So I obviously returned it

Mass production doesn't fit camshafts holes off center
If the bolt holes were In the right places,and it was welded properly would proble be a great tool,unfortunately for me it wasn't had to order another hope it's put together right
