As a professional working in the Nutraceutical Industry for 20 years, this is best fish oil I came across. You can find the science and the benefits by googling the ingredients, OmeGo. I was sceptical about the anti-inflammatory and anti-histaminic properties of this full spectrum oil. I have been using it for the last 3 years and as a sufferer of hay-fewer for all my adult life, I have not used any antihistamines (Loratadine) for the last 3 years. When the symptoms hits I take a 1 capsules and 20 min later, the sneezing and eye itching go. As it is not a re-esterified oil (reconstituted oil) as concentrate DHA and EPA are, the “burping” is minimal to none.I would highly, highly recommend it.

I love this product very much.`I experience an incredible change when i took this capsule, the constant sharp pain in my left side breast and the fast beating are all gone. My heart love it so far. I would recommend this to anyone who was suffering the same as me, although every person is different effect , but there is no harm in trying. I would definitely buy this again. worth money spend ,highly recommended.

These capsuals a quite big so maybe difficult for some to swallow however I split them and put the oil into my food wich mixes well. There is no after taste and doesn't cause burping. Its a bit early to notice the health benefits so far but will update at a later date.

These are great and are fairly easy to swallow. Also, they don't have any fishy aftertaste. Overall very happy i bought these.

The fish oil itself seems high quality, and I didn’t experience any fishy aftertaste or burping, which is great. However, I’m disappointed that it doesn’t mention that the capsules contain gelatine. I try to avoid animal-derived gelatine for dietary reasons, and I only found out after opening the bottle and checking the full ingredient list.(and emailing the manufacturer) Transparency matters, especially for supplements. It would be much better if this was clearly stated and labeled to be specific on the packaging. If it helps (the gelatine is bovine according to the manufacturer)
