DASH The Fit Cook x Dash Divided Olivewood Salt Cellar

I came across this salt cellar when I found the fit cook lunchbox. I love to cook and I've wanted a nice one to upgrade my kitchen so I added this to my purchase.My first impression is that it's very well made and solid! I love the sleek look and being able to keep it out on the counter. It holds a good amount and is easy to use. So far really happy with the purchase!

This is such a quality product! I’ve loved having this on my kitchen counter. Not only does it look nice but it makes it so convenient to add my salt and pepper with each dish! I love watching Kevin’s cooking videos and I feel inspired every time to make something fresh and healthy!

I love the looks and capacity of this salt box. This has a large capacity, each side comfortably holds 3/4 cup with about 1/4" to the rim. Or 1 cup to the tippy top. It is nicely made with a magnet to secure the lid which pivots on a dowel. My lid will only swivel counter clockwise since there isn't much clearance when trying to pivot it clockwise. I am already going to be doing some light sanding where it was missed during manufacturing, so I'll sand some more and see if I can get better clearance for the lid to pivot either way. This takes 2 hands to pivot the lid. Even though it's a fairly hefty piece of wood, it slides on my quartz counter when trying to break the magnetic hold. I may add some sticky feet enabling me to access my seasonings one handed. This comes with care instructions and 12 month warranty information in a booklet. You will occasionally mineral oil it just as you would a meat block or cutting board. I immediately slathered it with food grade mineral oil, low an behold it barely absorbed any even after sitting overnight. Overall it's a very nice spice box, and may need a little effort on your end to make it perfect.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

I'm extremely picky when it comes to my home decor and this beauty fits right into our minimalist, modern farmhouse.I've looked for a salt cellar for a long time and, when I saw this salt cellar, I knew it was "the one".I have open shelving in my kitchen, think Fixer Upper, and this salt cellar looks amazing.The olive wood is gorgeous and will only look better with age and use.I keep ancient sea salt in one side and smoked salt in the other.Even my hubby loves this salt cellar. He has a problem with salt shakers and knowing how much is coming out. LOLYou won't be disappointed with this salt cellar. I have seen these on various cooking shows, on TV, and have always wanted one because I love to cook. The wood detail is very nice looking and the top slides open, very easily. It is large and holds a lot of salt and pepper to make seasoning food so much easier than shakers. Great product. So glad I ordered it
