After the one I had caved in after two years I decided to opt for a more sturdy one and came across this. Couldn’t have made a better choice! It came two days later (super speedy delivery ahead of scheduled delivery date) with everything in perfect condition. Took literally 30 mins to assemble and is so much more comfortable than my last one. Very happy customer!

Everything about this delivery was perfect I had a phone call arranging delivery the delivery man was fantastic the product is so well made very comfy . My son in law put it together was so impressed he’s ordered one for their garden ! Absolutely recommend this product & company very pleased

Great chair (Double Egg). It did arrive well packaged but despite this the basket/chair part had its (plastic rattan) wrap around the frame un-ravelling in two sections.Other than that the chair was good and simple to put up. I was offered a partial refund by the seller and awaiting that to go through and to fix the chair myself. Chair is comfy and decent quality. Edit: the refund process came through, Jess and Hazel communicated really well throughout. Solid customer service. Thanks - I’m enjoying using the chair

The chair looks amazing, and the most difficult part is lifting the basket up on to the hooks.Now for practical issues.1. It arrives on a pallet. They drop the pallet on the street outside (not on your property).2. The pallet was too wide to bring in through my gate.3. The basket is too big to come in through the front door.When it says "self assembly", this means unwrapping it on the street, and carrying all the sections in to the garden.The basket need 2 people - I had to wait for my neighbour to come home.The chair is light, but very very awkward to carry, especially if you need to go up steps.Just realise, the pallet will be bigger again than the chair.Be ready (in pouring rain), to unwrap the pallet and get the parts to where the chair will fit. If you're planning on using it inside the house, measure your front door, as you might have a surprise, and it won't fit through the front door (as I found out).However, it is a wonderful chair.

It looks lovely in my drawing room . Seat is comfortable . Easy to assemble because assembly instructions is given.Delivery was very fast .
