A: This producct does not contain Bromine

A: Hey,
The index greystone 28451ep puresspas plus 6 does not look like a salt water hot tub.  Adding this salt would not generate any chlorine, you would need a salt cell to do so.  The salt in the water would most likely eat up the pump and heater for this hot tub since they are not saline friendly.

**Q: How does this differ from a $12 40lb bag of pure salt from a pool supply store?**
A: Very pure product designed to work with the freshwater cell.   Use another salt will void your spas warranty.

This salt works perfect for your hot tub salt system and it’s delivered to your doorstep. Exactly the same as you might buy at your retailer after a lengthy drive. It doesn’t get much better than this. Resealable, comes with a scoop, and dissolves quick it’s the right stuff for the job.
