Q: Can this be used with Fragrance oils (which are diluted) or must it be pure essential oils only?

Yes, it can be used with diluted water based essential oils, fragrance oils or pure essential oils, as you wish. We recommend, as a first option, using pure essential oils: to maximize the aroma benefits received. Ready made water based diluted essential oils or manually adding pure essential oil drops and diluting with water are less effective. However, these can be effective economic options. We understand that many people prefer specific fragrance oils. However, we are keen advocates of natural aromatherapy, due to the health benefits. We do not recommend fragrance use; as they often contain many harmful chemical additives. These chemicals can cause serious health risks, if inhaled daily over long periods of time. It’s also important to note, that although the diffuser head diameter has been created to be suitable for most standard bottles, some may not fit into the diffuser head. We can only guarantee that ‘Lintro pure essential oil blends 5ml/10ml’ and the x2 empty 15ml bottles provided with the diffuser box will fit into the diffuser head.

Q: How long should it take to charge fully?

From 0 to 100%, it takes 3-4 hours.

Q: I used peppermint and now it’s making all my others smell of it. I’m also smelling burning type smell. How can I do like a clean?

Your best bet is to fill a empty bottle with some isopropyl alcohol and let it run for few minutes as it seems that ther might be some residue on the spray head

Hi, I found that I had to make sure that the unit that holds the bottle is fitted properly into the diffuser. When you insert the unit in the top of the diffuser, make sure it is slotted in properly otherwise it makes all the right noises but nothing comes out.
