We ordered this hammock because it was a mix between a straight rope and quilted hammock and because it looked soft and looked like a quality item. We got it out of and hung it up and laid down. I'm 5'11", 175lbs. When I got up 2 minutes later we saw that the weave isn't sewn down so all of the weaves started to come apart. If we would have laid it in any longer I would imagine the whole center would have been one giant hole. If they would sew the weaves together this could be great purchase, but do yourself a favor with this one and order a different one. Also, if purchase and decide to return it beware if you ship it FedEx Ground it will cost you about $20 so take that into consideration if you want to take your chances with this product. The weave pattern is so loose that anyone who sits in the hammock starts to fall through! You cannot situate yourself in it without pushing your hand, foot, or behind right through it!! Then, when you get up, you have to work the weave pattern back into place. Ugh...so disappointing.

Beware
The weave becomes so loose that it separates It sags a lot when u lay in it and a strap broke in less than 30 days and company plum stock does not stand behind it. They will not refund or replace after 30 days and although have filed a complaint with amazon it has never been taken care of. Will never order from this plum stock again
