The media could not be loaded. The brightness was really bright! It looked exactly like the photo I saw when I purchased it. It wasn't heavy in weight. I was so thankful that it used 1 USB port to charge, I used my compact portable charger. The cord was very long so I didn't have to worry about the USB charger falling off or showing, nor to find a table or window sill for it to sit on. I was able to plug it in near the ground so the cord had to be at approx 8ft long because my backdrop height was 10ft. Just FYI this item does not come with an optional battery operated use. Only has a USB port power, power button, buttons to brighten and dim. Very easy to use, durable and fairly light in weight.

I have girls & I’m sure I’ll use this for all future parties as well! Perfect adjustable lighting, not a all flimsy, and CUTE. The price is fair. Highly recommend this buy.

I loved this product only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you have to attach your own wall adapter.

So embarrassed to have ordered this for a birthday party and it arrive completely not functional. When I opened it and plugged it in, only the “irthday” lit up and ONLY if I held the button down. A complete waste of time and money and sadly found myself having to improvise because it was too late to order another.

I’m disappointed because this is not brand new. Came with a lot of scratches. The cable is not completely covered to protect the electricity. The led light is working. The strong plastic that holds the letters also came a little broken in a corner. Seems like a return item or used.

Bright nice light but the one wire connecting to power is extremely thin

I am a event decorator, and I have a client who was not expecting me to put a LED sign up for her event and she was so happy and surprise that it lit up so bright. I'm very happy as is my client.I will be purchasing another sign for an event I have schedule for a baby shower that says "OhBaby".Thank you again for an amazing product.
