Easy install. Up and running in less than 15 minutes. Automatically synced with my Samsung phone and downloaded the print app to my phone. App worked perfectly. No complaints here. Good price also.

I was very impressed with how easy this was to set up all those things and get running. I was also impressed with all of the options. For the price this is an exceptional value. I would definitely purchase more of these.

i bought an Epson Workforce 4833. It lasted all of about a month before it started acting up and not printing. I tried everything except customer service because they have NONE. I even bought a cleaning kit on my own dollar to try and sort it. After cleaning the unit, it randomly would not accept some of the ink cartridges it was happy with before the cleaning but if I opened a new one it was fine. Coincidence? probably not. After a few hours I got so frustrated i had a tantrum on it and did a scene out of office space where I threw it at a wall and it basically exploded. It made me feel better for a few minutes but then I remembered I had $600 worth of ink so I went on Amazon and bought a replacement. Not kidding it did the same thing within 58 pages. Keep in mind I am using EPSON print cartridges. If Trustpilot would let me leave a ZERO star I would. this is for sure going back to Amazon. I am throwing out the rest of the ink I own and going to Canon or someone else. DO NOT BUY anything from EPSON. this is the worst customer and unit experience I have ever experienced.

This printer has been OUTSTANDING for our homeschool printing needs. Black and white or in color, easy to use from phone or computer. Crisp, clean printing. LOVE it.

Unpacked, plugged in, and it worked perfectly after it locked onto the router through the wi-fi system. Works perfectly including, most importantly to us, both two-sided and use of envelopes. Great for a small business that sends mail to clients.

The printer works perfectly when using Epson brand cartrages. All the manufactures of printers are including in their design the ability to identify Non-Epson cartrages using code in their firmware. After the first firmware update I found this to be the case. It happened with my HP Printer and my Epson WF-4833.Older printers don't have this firmware garding the gates. When you think about buying a printer you might think about using the cheaper cartrages. Don't do it unless you have researched the possibility of Firmware intervention. In a lot of cases the cost of a printer is less that the cost of two sets of cartrages.

This printer was easy to set up. It prints nice vivid pictures. It is very nice printer for the price.

I purchased this printer for my new business. Within the first 3 months, the printer was already exhibiting issues and trying to get technical support to help resolve issues was almost impossible. We were able to have another professional look at it and help get it up and running again. We have had this printer for over a year and it has given us nothing but problems. When you try to scan documents, it always causes a jam, that we have to do one page at a time when we want to scan. Its quality of prints isn't even mediocre. We are a small business with a budget and we are looking to buy a new printer which seems ridiculous.
