Managerial Accounting for the Hospitality Industry

There was a lot of good information in this book and I found it easy to locate sections I needed to know. I thought the chapters were broken down in an easy way to navigate. I thought the content was straight forward and easy to understand, but at the same time explained concepts in depth for those areas where one may need to read more to get the point.On of the better textbooks I have read. Easy to navigate, which is a big plus!

This product was recieved on time and in good condition. This book is very informative, easy direction, and the dvd spreadsheet is great. This was a good choice the professor made.

Book was ok. But cover is broken
