Missing part
The tree came without hanging coin charms, put the request for exchange, let’s see this time they send the full product or not New piece came with hanging coin charms and it’s beautiful. But they are keeping it wrongfully, it was under the thermocol sheet, they should keep it with tree

Coins
It's beautiful, but I did not get 6 coins charm, which I really needed.

Nice, but the coin charms were missing.
The tree itself is well-made, and about what I’d expect based on the pictures on Amazon. With that said, I was disappointed to note that the coin charms were missing, and it looked like someone in the delivery chain on Amazon’s part opened the original packaging, potentially removed the coin charms, and then re-packaged it sloppily into a larger Amazon bag, and sent it my way. So I’m fairly certain the coin charms for mine were stolen en-route to me, since it looks like they were in fact included when this left the manufacturer. Unfortunate, really. It’s a really nice tree, and looks very nice in my mandir. Would have been 5-stars if not for this.
