I like how small they are, so they're easy to swallow. It does not give me any stomach issues at all. You get 250 pills, which will last you a year. This is a good brand, good quality selenium supplement.

Good price. It's a mineral I don't know if its working but it's required for my health. I'll buy it again.

I've been talking selenium supplements for years. I believe this is the first time I buy the Bronson brand of selenium. I almost exclusively buy capsules or bulk powder since I try to consume only what I want: the supplement itself. With bulk it's obviously easy. With capsules I just dump the contents into my concoction and discard the "plastic" capsule. This brand has minimal/natural ingredients, which is crucial to me. The cost per unit is also a good deal. If I notice any issues with consumption, I will update this review. As of now, no complaints.
