Ordered 2 pillows each. The pictures shown are completely different from the actual. Two spots on two pillows and looks like used ones and the weight of two pillows are varying by 40~45% and the weight of combined 2 pillows are 1.65 kg in stead of 3kg. Other two pillows are also very light weight combined 1 kg compared to 2.4 kg and the dimensions are very small compared to product specifications.I requested for return the same day received and Amazon approved but no one came to pick up the items on the scheduled date and then the seller showing return rejected.This is an frustrating honest review. Wasted time and money. I always look at quality and I give just 50% to smaller set and give 35% to the larger set.Updated on May 13: No refund or return received yet. Please DON'T trust the seller.

Very bed pillow, nothing in common with 'hotel quality'. Absolutely not soft, not comfortable, cause pain in the neck, NOT RECOMMEND

Really flimsy pillow. It doesn't have much fillings insideit. Definitely not hotel quality pillow as they have clamed. I dont recommend anyone to waste your money on this as you can get better pillow in this price range. Now i cant even return because i dont have original packing with me.

The support is incredibly perfect! They stay fluffy yet do not collapse once you’re settled in. Pillows are thick, firm, but not uncomfortably firm. These pillows are the BEST I’ve purchased in years. Also comes with a 3 year warranty directly with manufacturer. NO more neck pain or headache. Queen size is true to size. Definitely a great value. My friend is also going to purchase these, as she’s got neck & back pain. You won’t be disappointed!

They’re nice soft pillows, they’re great for me as I don’t really critique these types of things as I’m not picky with pillows and stuff. They could be a little bit firmer, maybe with denser filling but overall they are very nice, and they don’t flatten easily.I usually only sleep with one pillow and it’s been good. Doesn’t give me neck pain or anything. If you like firmer denser pillows these definitely aren’t for you. Overall they’re soft and feel nice. If they do flatten a little all you have to do is fluff them and they go right back to the shape they were. I let mine sit out for 24 hrs before using them as that’s what the instructions told me, and I think it was worth it.
